I’m very happy to beg and plead, to please ask you to consider helping to make aching feet worthwhile, as I am going to do the Nottingham Memory Walk on September4 in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society. My dad was too young to leave us, and too young to have Alzheimer’s, and I want to do my part to help raise funds for further research which is desperately needed.
We are all convinced that one day there will be a cure, that there is a breakthrough coming, but the funds need to keep coming too. This is a disease with no cure currently, but one day it will happen.
I understand times have been better for all of us, and I’d hate to quote the devils of Cheshunt, but really, every penny makes a difference. If you have any spare change knocking around, and like the idea of me getting out the kitchen/off the sofa and stopping eating cake for a bit, then please feel free to head over to my Just Giving page and donate what you can. I really appreciate anything, but not half as much as the patients, carers and researchers that the money will benefit will.
Thank you in advance!
